What goes into the dumpster?The only items that end up in the dumpster are either damaged, excessively dirty or items that aren't often accepted at common donation sites. From soiled mattresses to damaged furniture, older bedding and expired food, we remove all of these items from the property and dispose of them for you.

What happens to all the items during a cleanout?We're successful at donating 50%+ of the items from homes and commercial properties we clean out. Our focus on reusing, donating and recycling a large variety of everyday household and commercial items is a priority. Furniture (non-particle board based) that is in new or excellent condition that may have value, will be reviewed for auction and consignment potential. As our client, you will be able to earn additional money from the sales.

How much does it cost?Due to the nature of the work, we need to assess every job individually and will gladly meet you at the property for a thorough walk-through. We base our quotes on the square footage of the property, the population of the items inside and if there are any toxic or bio-hazardous items to be removed. All quotes are free and we are happy to help answer any questions you may have during that dedicated time.

How many days does a cleanout take?The timeframe for a cleanout is dependent on the square footage of the property, any special requests, and the amount of items we may need to sort and remove. A moderately, well-lived-in 2k sqft home typically takes 2-3 days. Larger properties, ranches and mini-farms will require more time and will be evaluated on a individual basis.

Can your team keep an eye out for certain items as they cleanout the property?Absolutely! If there is a family heirloom or certain items you know may be in the house but you haven't found it yet, our team is happy to keep an eye out for these things and secure them. We often find important items such as valuables, keys, family photos and important paperwork, which we secure to the side automatically for you to review later.

How do I reserve items we wish to keep?Although removing these items ahead of time is the best way to keep them secure, we are happy to work around entire areas where you may want to hold your items. Larger items and boxes are marked with a specific color of tape to communicate to our team not to remove those items.
